Coaching & Counselling
Deanne offer a safe and nurturing environment to explore the stressors and rigours of life without judgement or criticism to help bring understanding to why we behave certain ways, or at times hold onto behaviours even when we know they are destructive. When we understand what is driving our choices, we have greater access to our innate wisdom to find a way forwards.
Counselling sessions are ideal for matters that are particularly sensitive, confronting and may have been held onto for a long time. Coaching sessions are for the less confronting but no less frustrating behaviours that we are fed up with and ready to kick to the curb. Coaching sessions integrate well with bodywork, yoga therapies and dry-needling.

Integrative Bodywork & Yoga Therapy
This is a gentle hands-on therapy that facilitates the body’s natural capacity to heal and are an excellent adjunct to coaching and counselling, especially when emotions are being held onto in the body and contributing to unwanted behaviours and/or feeling "stuck". These treatments can assist to feel lighter, more vibrant and settled within and also offer support for the build-up of emotional tensions such as anxiety, overwhelm, excessive thoughts, past trauma and the relationship between emotional excess and physical imbalances in the body. These sessions can be performed over clothing, seated or lying down and can incorporate hand and facial massage.

Yoga Therapy - The Yoga of Stillness
The Yoga of Stillness, is a non-exercise 'fit-for-life' yoga therapy that supports us to us to feel equipped and at ease with the demands of modern life such as family, relationships, work, health, raising children, money, sleep rhythms, online dating, social media and emotional well-being etc. The sessions build connection with the body to help bring the mind into harmony with the body and being. Participants share they feel settled, rested and less anxious after these sessions, and many participants report their sleep improves. The Yoga of Stillness is suitable for older adults and can be done on the floor, from a bed or seated in a chair.

Yoga Therapy Movement Classes
These classes offer muscular strengthening, agility and balancing exercises to mobilise, tone, stretch and relax your body. They have an accent on body awareness and quality of movement as well as falls prevention for over 55's and pain-free feet for everybody. Morning classes involve a full body work-out that are designed to leave you feeling energised, vital and with a spring in your step. Evening classes give consideration to winding down and preparing for sleep. If you have injuries or other physical limitations most exercises can be modified or alternative and suitable options are offered. Deanne has over 25 years of experience in classes for maintaining a youthful older body and classes designed for a woman's physique.

Remedial & Relaxation Massage
Remedial Massage is excellent for addressing ingrained holding patterns in the body, injuries and chronic musculoskeletal pain. Relaxation massage aids the release of built-up tension, especially emotionally based tensions to restore the natural flow and freedom of movement, and are relaxing and regenerative.

Community & Corporate Well-being
Deanne Voysey has been presenting strategies for well-being and stress management for over 20 years in organisations and business’ across Sydney. She presents at seminars, retreats, webinars and conferences to inspire and educate about the importance of the relationship between our mental health and physical health. She draws on her background in yoga philosophy, meditation, nutrition, fitness, body awareness education, relaxation, Sitting Yoga and the Yoga of Stillness to make her presentations practical and relatable to everyday situations.

Connective Tissue Therapy
Connective Tissue therapy is an exquisitely gentle and deeply relaxing experience. It uses subtle rhythmical movement to assist with the alignment of the musculoskeletal system, the management of chronic pain, M.S., migraines, back pain and enhancing vitality.

Dry Needling
Chakra-puncture is a form of dry needling and a rejuvenating form of energy healing whereby fine needles are applied very lightly using "light-touch". These treatments restore, settle and support the release of old beliefs, behaviours, hurts and emotions that stand in the way of physical health and emotional well-being. It is especially powerful when combined with discussion and coaching.

Body Awareness & Relaxation
This is based on the principals of The Yoga of Stillness. It assists the participant to develop and learn ways to connect and be with their body, and put the body into a state of rest or sleep.

Women's Health
The most popular offering from this category is coaching to assist women to prepare for online dating and navigate challenges that can arise in new relationships. The next most popular offering are body image and weight loss coaching programs. Women's health programs also cover specific treatments for women suffering from acute and chronic female related health conditions such as menstrual disorders, infertility, PCOS, endometriosis and breast, uterine and ovarian cancer. Programs can also support women to re-connect with their natural rhythm while meeting the demands of the day. Programs for women often incorporate The Yoga of Stillness as a powerful way to build self trust and confidence.

Men's Health
Specific Yoga Therapy and healing treatments to support men suffering from anxiety, panic attacks, depression, insomnia, relationship issues, musculoskeletal conditions including shoulder, neck, thoracic and lower back pain, chronic illness and disease such as cancer and high blood pressure.
